It's July and after ten months of hard work, Dartmoor Zoo is finally open to the public. Ben visits Whipsnade to get up close and personal with some big game and wants to know if his dream of bringing giraffes to Dartmoor is a real possibility. An international animal dentist battles to save Fudge, the elderly European Brown Bear. And as the first season draws to a close, has the zoo made enough money to sustain it through the quiet winter months?
