Ben Fogle chose a team of adventurers for his trip to Uganda in a previous episode, and they're now on day two of a trek to the Mountains of the Moon, said in legend to be the source of the Nile. After almost losing one of the team, the team must cross a white water jungle river. If they can make it safely across, they will have a ten hour trek in sweltering heat to reach their next camp.
