Ben Fogle leads a team of explorers across the Sahara Desert. They must collect their own water as they trek towards the ancient capital city of Ghat. Lindsay and Angela collapse from heat exhaustion as the team trek the dunes. When they recover, Lindsay gets thrown by her camel. Ben gives the team some letters from home for encouragement and they finally see the lights of Ghat twinkling in the distance.
