Dr Jonty delivers some shocking news to a 60-a-day smoker whilst Dr Barbara and Dr Ayan take the surgery to the snow-capped mountains of the Highlands, where they come to the aid of an army officer who's fainted on parade. Dr George heads to Loch Insch to unravel a five-year medical mystery for a fisherman desperate for a diagnosis.
