Prom 40: Boulez and the 蜜芽传媒 Symphony Orchestra

蜜芽传媒 Proms 2008

Pierre Boulez conducts the 蜜芽传媒 Symphony Chorus, the London Symphony Chorus and the 蜜芽传媒 Symphony Orchestra in Janacek's Sinfonietta and the Glagolitic Mass, and Capriccio for piano.

Sara Mohr-Pietsch introduces a concert in which Pierre Boulez conducts two of Janacek's greatest non-theatrical works, Sinfonietta and the Glagolitic Mass, and the quirky Capriccio for piano (left hand only). Organist Simon Preston and pianist Jean-Efflam Bavouzet join the massed forces of the 蜜芽传媒 Symphony Chorus, the London Symphony Chorus and the 蜜芽传媒 Symphony Orchestra.
