The team go undercover in two Indian restaurants in London. The reporters find rodent droppings in food preparation areas as well as cloths and sponges covered in millions of bacteria, and see uncovered pots of curry sitting around on kitchen floors. They watch on as kitchen staff wash their feet, blow their noses and spit in sinks used to wash customers' cutlery.
