蜜芽传媒 Proms 2008:
A Prom with the 蜜芽传媒 Scottish Symphony Orchestra under Chief Conductor Ilan Volkov in the second premiere of the season by centenary composer Elliott Carter - a miniature piano concerto performed by Nicolas Hodges.
With Alban Gerhardt as soloist in the challenging Symphony-Concerto by Prokofiev, originally written for the great Russian cellist Rostropovich. The concert ends with Beethoven's idyllic yet dramatic 'Pastoral' Symphony. Introduced by Martin Handley
