Reggie Yates presents a six-part series offering a guide to everything that teenagers want to know but are not sure who to ask, including dance-floor moves and work experience.

Radio 1's Reggie Yates joins ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Switch to present a six-part series offering a one-stop guide to everything that teenagers want to know but are not sure who to ask. AJ Odudu introduces the Insider Guide segments within the programme.

It is tough being a teen. There are surging hormones, changing bodies, exam stress and pocket money that just does not cut it. The show gives young people the information they need, in an informative and entertaining way, to get through this confusing time.

Sixteen-year-old Simon has the world at his feet, except when it comes to the dance floor. He is in serious need of specialist help, so Brendan Cole of Strictly Come Dancing steps in to show him some moves. There are quick guides on how to smell good and how to shave. AJ also gives viewers an insider's guide to work experience where she meets top London hair stylist James Galvin. And there is a guide to dressing fashionably on a budget featuring Kate Nash's personal stylist Liz Cardwell.
