Ben Fogle is on an epic South American adventure across the Andes from the Equator to the Tropic of Capricorn.
He is now in southern Peru on the third leg of his journey, leading a new team of heroes into the remote Cotahuasi Canyon, the deepest gorge on the planet, in search of the lost Incan city of Marpa. The team's path into the deepest part of the canyon is blocked by a landslide and the only way to reach camp is to cross one of South America's fastest flowing rivers. Weighed down by their backpacks it's a test of nerve for relief worker Phillipa, who is terrified of strong currents. To cap it all, Ben is struck down by a mystery illness.
