Sisters Rosie and Alice run the family business, a Chinese takeaway and restaurant in Bangor, having emigrated from Hong Kong forty years ago.
Even though both are passionate about holding onto their Chinese routes, they have made compromises, including cooking food for Western tastes, and accepting that Alice's daughter has married a Welshman.
