Reggie Yates presents the show with useful tips for teenagers. Wannabe comic Sullivan lacks confidence so Alex Zane gives him a crash course in boosting his esteem.

Radio 1's Reggie Yates joins ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Switch to present The Almost Perfect Guide to Life, a six-part series offering a one-stop guide to everything teenagers want to know but are not sure who to ask. Joining Reggie to introduce the Insider Guide segments is AJ Odudu in her first TV presenting role.

It is tough being a teen. Surging hormones, changing bodies, exam stress and pocket money just do not cut it. On top of that, there is pressure to wear the right clothes and to look good, when all teens really want to do is spend time with their mates.

17-year-old wannabe comic Sullivan from Surrey lacks confidence in his social life, but help is at hand in the form of Alex Zane, who gives Sullivan a crash course in boosting his self-assurance with his comedy. There are tips on how to dance and how to look good at school, while AJ gives a hot guide on boys' fashion.

Another Surrey teen, 17-year-old Lisa, is desperate to pass her driving test but finds it hard to go faster than 20 miles per hour. After a test drive with British racing driver Jeremey Metcalfe, will she succeed in burning a bit of rubber or will she stay at snail's pace?
