A giant container ship is dangerously overloaded, sailing below its Plimsoll line. When a trawler with engine failure gets in its path, the trawler cannot stop without unbalancing its load and disaster occurs. Faced with a double shipwreck, the cadets must save the crew from the stricken ships and then clear up the dangerous cargo to prevent an environmental disaster. Which team will manage the crisis best, the green cadets or the orange cadets?
