The cramped conditions and lack of washing facilities on board Spirit of Fairbridge force Jamie to take drastic measures as he continues his challenge of turning six young people into competent sailors. Seasickness plays havoc with the sailing training, and Jamie begins to learn that some of his team are more natural sailors than others.
