Jonathan Dimbleby talks to Ray Chambers, the United Nations' malaria envoy. Every year one million people die from malaria, and most of them are young children. The UN set a goal at the millennium: to halt and reverse the spread of this scourge by 2015. The man in charge of the mission, the UN Special Envoy for malaria, Ray Chambers, wants to go further. Is his aim of near-zero deaths by the same deadline possible? If not, why not?
