06:35 – Apparently we sound rubbish because of some crackly reception transmission issues caused by weather and France. Chris is so powerful and famous that Dave’s local chippy made a fresh batch of curry sauce for him last night. Chris and Dave came to work wearing the same t-shirt today, but Chris has changed into his emergency back up.

07:03 – It sounds like Carrie said something silly in the sport, but she didn’t obviously

07:05 – Chris has got imaginary Martin and his new girlfriend coming for dinner tonight, and he’s just found out she’s a vegetarian. He’s thinking of asking her to bring her own food, rather than being awkward

07:20 – We have our daily catch up with Kate from The Apprentice, who might have a couple of job offers. Meanwhile Pants Man is off out today to buy a new guitar
