Described by some as the greatest living adventurer, Sir Ranulph Fiennes has succeeded on his third attempt to reach the summit of Everest. At 65, he's the oldest Briton to achieve this feat. He is also the only man to cross both polar ice-caps as well as climbing the world's highest mountain. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ correspondent Andy North accompanied him on the first part of his journey up the mountain.
