In an exclusive interview, he gives his first public reaction to the government's Digital Britain proposals to break the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s historic monopoly on the television licence fee. He also responds to questions about the position of Sir Alan Sugar as a government advisor and presenter of The Apprentice, executive pay and expenses, and much else besides.
