06.30 – News and Sport

06:35 – We ask Carrie about her birthday yesterday with her family. She’s out with the girls next week when they all get back from Ibiza. Aled is still dead to Chris, and we try and explain why. We try and explain the technology of 3G and WAP. Aled went out for drinks and wedges with Matt Fincham yesterday and it was just the two of them, which sounds massively uncomfortable.

07:00 - News and Sport

07:05 – We talk Glastonbury and all the people heading down to the festival.

07:25 – Matt Fincham clearly doesn’t have enough to do in the day, so has remixed Nana Windows on different tracks. None of them really work.

07:20 – We talk to Angelo to see how his weekly weigh in went. He’s lost another 4 pounds and is now 19 stone 2lbs. That’s a total of 51 lbs since he started.

07:30 - News and Sport

07:35 – We talk to Angelo to see how his weekly weigh in went. He’s lost another 4 pounds and is now 19 stone 2lbs. That’s a total of 51 lbs since he started.

07:45 – Chris tells us about his punishing exercise regime, and what tracks are good to run to. We then play Florence and the Machine from Jo Whiley’s Live Lounge.

07:55 – The Florence And The Machine track gets a mixed response on the text, although we’re pretty much all agreed that she did a good job of it.

08:00 - News and Sport

08:05 – We talk tennis and whether any of the women are actually fit or not.

08:20 – The live camera feed has gone down, and it’s probably Aled’s fault. In the meantime, we need suggestions of what challenge we can set for Jo Whiley tomorrow at Glastonbury.

08:30 – News and Sport

08:35 – We have some suggestions of challenges for Jo tomorrow, but we need some more.

08:45 – Chris talks about the new Kid British record and the first time he met them.

08:50 – We talk about Nickleback and conduct a short unofficial pole to gauge their popularity amongst a small survey of 16 to 19 year olds. More people don’t like them, and Dave accidentally set the fire alarm in the office the day causing mild alarm.

09:00 – Tedious Link – Arrested Development – ‘Mr Wendal’

09:05 – Tedious respect and then we talk about page three girls that Aled likes and has on his laptop. Then we discuss Matt’s birthday drinks which sounded dull.

09:20 – Chris wants to shave Dave, but he’s not so keen.

09:25 – Chris steals Aled’s laptop and finds some random things on there, like cats in hats. We then search for other random things like Goats in boats and Nuns on rollercoasters.

09:30 - News and Sport

09:45 – Cheggers’ Pop Quiz with Rachel and Marc

10:00 – We talk to Jo about her Glastonbury challenges which will be set tomorrow.
