After a succession of intimate dates, Sam and Juliet begin to fall in love again, but the resurfacing of a buried truth soon threatens their reconciliation.
It is Tony's turn to host a get-together for his fellow concierges at Babylon, but when he is called back to work, his colleagues decide to teach him a lesson he is unlikely to forget.
Elsewhere, Gino is convinced that the author of an erotic novel found in the staff printer holds a torch for him, and sets about identifying her among the female staff. But Gino is in for a nasty shock when the author's identity is revealed...
Meanwhile, Mel struggles to keep up the pretence of being an experienced five-star receptionist; Juliet is becoming suspicious. Ben, James and Tanya decide to give her the make-over of a lifetime, but is it enough to convince Juliet that Mel's good enough for Babylon?
