When aliens in a UFO misplace their 'IQ chip', Goosers accidentally eats it and becomes a dog genius. At the same time, Claude's space mission needs an animal pilot and Goosers is enlisted. But when the aliens retrieve the chip halfway through the mission, Goosers loses his smarts while trying to pilot the rocket back to earth.
