This week Bruce welcomes explosive heavy metal quartet Baroness to the show.
Hailing from Savannah the guys formed back in 2003. Since then they've been at the forefront of rock and are one of the hardest working bands around - performing almost 250 live shows a year. Two years after the release of their debut offering The Red Album they are back with their sophomore effort, which includes a similarly colour obsessed title of Blue Record.
They come on to tell us their hopes for 2010 and how their world tour is progressing.
