Animation about a time-travelling brother and sister called Garth and Bev, who live in harmony with nature in their village. They are transported to different times and places by the Time Spiral and solve problems with the help of Grandfather Lir.
A naughty goat wreaks havoc in Elva's cheese store while Garth and Bev were on lookout. Now the cheeses are all messy and the children must discover a way of wrapping them tightly while the goat is still at large. When they discover that candle wax sticks cloth together they are able to goat proof Elva's cheeses once and for all. Through the Time Spiral they meet Laura Scudder, who used the same idea to keep crisps fresh.
