The Royal Bank of Scotland has announced losses of £3.6 billion this morning, but that's down from £24.3 billion this time last year. It could be argued that's a pretty successful year's trading. The Chancellor Alistair Darling has approved a bonus package likely to be worth £1.3 billion for RBS but do they deserve it?
