Friday - Scott's final Mile From Hell and some tuneful singing from Tina
The award-winning Chris Moyles Show with Chris revealing one last Mile From Hell for Scott Mills.
(iPlayer times in brackets)
06:35 (00:05) â Chris has just met a Canadian family who listen back home on Sirius XM. He went to see Alice in Wonderland at the IMAX cinema in London and then went on the London Eye for the first time. We have to guess how much the London Eye cost him yesterday and Aled is the closest to the actual price of £17.88. We also talk about the Sport Relief Million pound bike ride show last night which was great. Chris' appeal film for Sport Relief is on tonight which he wants us to watch, even though itâs quite dark and a tough watch.
07:05 (00:35) â We plug the Sport Relief number, and Dom has got to give £20 today for all the fluffs he made yesterday when he was recording the odd box.
07:20 (00:50) â Where Am I? with Westwood. Today heâs in Hull or Kingston Upon Hull to give it its proper name
07:34 (01:04) â Chris has got to cook for some friends tonight, one of whom is vegetarian, so heâs wondering heâd get away with chicken curry, or if she doesnât eat chickenâ¦then maybe pork
07:45 (01:15) â We talk about Dave, Dom and Aled being in Haverfordwest tonight in a DJ spectacular
07:55 (01:25) â McFlyday Yay. We appreciate what a great voice Tina has got
08:20 (01:50) â Scott is here to find out what todayâs challenge is. Heâs going to be rolling a mile through the park like a big sausage
08:45 (02:15) â Aled is contemplating a month long detox eating just lentils and veggies and water and stuff like that. We talk about when Chris did a three day detox once and was miserable like a bear with a sore head
09:00 (02:30) â The Golden Hour part one - 2002 (tracklisting below)
09:35 (03:05) â The Golden Hour part two â team choices
