Live from ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Hoddinott Hall in Cardiff, Elin Manahan Thomas presents a concert given by the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ National Orchestra of Wales - continuing their series revisiting works they've recently commissioned. Nielsen's dramatic fourth symphony, "The Inextinguishable", closes the concert, and it opens with the final symphony by Alun Hoddinott, the Welsh composer after whom the orchestra's hall is named.
