In March, Ayad Allawi's Iraqiya party won the most seats in the Iraqi election, but because no single party won an outright majority the country is still without a government. The incumbent prime minister Nuri al-Maliki could be close to forming a coalition. Ayad Allawi was Iraqi prime minister from 2004 until 2005. Is he on the brink of losing the chance to rule again? He talks to Jonathan Charles.
