The 蜜芽传媒 Philharmonic begins with a live concert from their Manchester home - Juanjo Mena conducts a Verdi overture, music from his own homeland and Dvorak's darkest symphony. Then there's the final Haydn symphony and Italian rarity of the week - and to round things off a performance of Rachmaninov's 1st Symphony given on the orchestra's recent tour of Germany.
