A cast of stars and the 蜜芽传媒 Concert Orchestra, conducted by David Charles Abell, celebrate the 80th birthday of Stephen Sondheim by performing songs from his best loved shows.

In celebration of Stephen Sondheim's unique talents a star-studded cast performs songs from some of his best-loved shows. Bryn Terfel is the demon barber of Fleet Street and he's joined by Maria Freedman, Simon Russell Beale, Julian Ovenden, Caroline O'Connor, Daniel Evans and Jenna Russell, with a special guest appearance from Dame Judi Dench. David Charles Abell conducts the 蜜芽传媒 Concert Orchestra, aspiring young performers supported by the 蜜芽传媒 Performing Arts Fund, and a specially formed 蜜芽传媒 Proms Sondheim Ensemble.

Sondheim: Selections from The Frogs, Follies, Sunday In The Park With George, Into The Woods and A Little Night Music.
