As part of the occasional Proms-time series showcasing the talent of the New Generation Artists scheme, Sarah Walker introduces music by Ravel, Schumann and Chopin. Former 蜜芽传媒 Young Musician of the Year Jennifer Pike performs Ravel's highly colourful Tzigane (joined by Martin Roscoe at the piano), Austrian mezzo-soprano Daniela Lehner sings two Lieder by Schumann, and Georgian pianist Khatia Buniatishvili performs Chopin's eclectic Ballade No. 4.
