Is it always a mistake to work with a sibling? Plus Adnan Sarwar joined the army at the age of 20 and was posted to Iraq. He talks about his experiences.

At 1, Nihal asks, Is it always a mistake to work with the sibling?

We've just seen two brothers fighting it out for the leadership of the Labour party with the younger of the two, Ed Miliband, emerging as the winner. And today his elder brother David has been bombarded with questions over whether or not he'll work in the shadow cabinet. They've said it won't affect their relationship but do you really believe that? Would you be jealous if a younger sibling was more successful than you? Do you feel sorry for David Miliband? Have you gone into business with a family member, and if so, how did it work out?

And after 2, Are you a hypocrite if you're religious but believe in war? Can you really call yourself religious if you fight in the armed services? Or do the two simply not go hand in hand? I'll be speaking to Adnan Sarwar, who joined the Royal Engineers when he was 20 and served in Iraq as part of a bomb disposal team. After losing two good friends, he questioned everything, including his Muslim faith.

And the text question today is 'What one thing would you have banned given the chance?' Smoking? Kids playing music on their mobile phone? Weekly visits to see your grand parents? A council has denied banning mother in law jokes. Barnet Council said there was no policy on the jokes but expects staff to be "polite" to members of public. But, given the chance what would you have banned?
