More than 3,000 fly-tipping incidents happen each day, costing taxpayers 55 million pounds a year to clear up. The programme, voiced by Dominic Littlewood, joins the Environment Agency and councils across the UK as they use sting operations and 24-hour surveillance.
Two men made 1.3million pounds by dumping 14,500 tons of waste across London and south-east England, but the Environment Agency gathered sufficient evidence to convict them.
