In a week's time, 14-year-old Fern will be bridesmaid at her mum's gay wedding. Fern's mum, Nicki, is marrying her lesbian partner Shelly in a civil ceremony near Great Yarmouth. Nicki only came out to her kids three years ago and Fern still hasn't told her friends that her mum is gay.
