Nato recently launched a new strategic plan to take the military alliance into the future. It aims to for a 'fresh start' in its relations with Russia, a missile defence shield for Europe and tackling a new range of threats including cyber terrorism. But Nato is still engulfed in the war in Afghanistan and it remains a key test of its credibility. Stephen Sackur is at Nato headquarters in Brussels to talk to Nato's Secretary General, Anders Fogh Rasmussen. Can Nato successfully adapt to a changing world?
