Chris Huhne is on the programme ahead of the Liberal Democrats' Spring Conference. There are going to be protests outside the conference venue - but those could be as nothing compared to the unhappiness of the Lib Dems' own activists. They have lodged rebellious motions on all sorts of issues - including one calling for changes to the government's NHS reforms.
