It's the middle of the week which means Lammo's joined by his New Favourite Band, this week it's the turn of South London 4 piece Beau and the Arrows. Steve will also be chatting with another listener in Good Day Bad Day, and we'll set up our National Anthem for the day. Plus as ever Steve will be playing some of the best new music around as well as some interesting selections from his home collection. Expect the likes of Jim Jones Revue, Joy Division and Arcade Fire.
