Children's animation. Eliot and his friends meet a lifeguard who makes mermaid figurines. Eliot decides the figurines look suspiciously realistic.
During a visit to a pet shop, Eliot, Kaytoo and Mimi bump into the lifeguard from the swimming pool. He shows them some little mermaid figurines that he makes himself. They look so real that Eliot decides that the lifeguard has been turning little girls into toys! Now Eliot must act quickly when he learns that Mimi has gone swimming - will he save her from the claws of the evil lifeguard?
