In this special edition of Countryfile, Ellie Harrison is on Skokholm, off the Welsh coast, to look back at some of the islands featured on Countryfile in the last year or so. It's another chance to follow Matt Baker as he discovers the Isle of Wight's space-age secrets, and to travel with John Craven to the Outer Hebrides as he tries his hand at bartering. Julia Bradbury takes a trip to the Isles of Scilly, where she helps a cow and her calf settle in to their new island home. And Ellie finds out how the waters around the Skokholm help sustain the bird populations there.
