Andrew Neil and Anita Anand have the top political stories of the day.
David Cameron promises that the NHS is safe in his hands but will it be enough to buy off internal opposition to health reform within the coalition? Andrew and Anita talk to Nick Clegg's chief parliamentary advisor Norman Lamb, who told the Politics Show he would consider resignation if these reforms were not to his satisfaction, and Nick de Bois, a Conservative backbencher and staunch defender of the original proposals.
And as the Queen opens the Welsh Assembly, with its new law-making powers, has the time come for an English Parliament?
With Andrew and Anita for the whole programme is the singer, songwriter and activist Billy Bragg.
