Antaine Ó Donnaile and Cormac Ó hÁdhmaill continue their journey southwards, hugging the western shoreline of Lough Neagh.
They travel as far along the Ballinderry River to meet local intercounty footballing legend Phil Stewart. Cormac visits the local Ballinderry Fish Hatchery, which is helping to maintain the native Dollaghan trout population, and they both get to experience high-speed boating skills at the Lough Neagh Rescue Service station at The Battery.
