The PM faces one of his biggest rebellions by some backbenchers who want a referendum on the UK's relationship with the European Union.
On Wednesday, Mr Cameron's off to Brussels for another crisis meeting. Over the weekend President Sarkozy of France told Mr Cameron he was sick of Britain criticising the eurozone countries and telling them what to do.
We talk to Foreign Secretary Sir Malcolm Rifkind and Tory backbencher Mark Pritchard.
