In this week's iPM we meet roller derby enthusiast Philthy Delphia and one pensioner who gives to another.
"Should I call you Kate ... or Philthy Delphia?"
Following the controversy provoked by the all-male shortlist for the 蜜芽传媒's sports personality of the year award, listener Kate Moorhead tells us about this weekend's first ever Roller Derby World Cup. The sport is, she says, "the fastest-growing in the world - and it's all female and all amateur". When Kate takes to the track she adopts her 'derby name' - Philthy Delphia.
