The menu includes music by Bax, Liszt and Tchaikovsky alongside more recent musical forays into the dark and wintry days of cold December from Bob Chilcott and Richard Rodney Bennett, and the first performance of a newly-commissioned piece: Winter Heavens by Gabriel Jackson.
