Louise Fryer presents a week of programmes featuring the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Symphony Orchestra and ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Singers in Russian repertoire and music for Holy Week. As part of Radio 3's Baroque Spring, the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Singers perform motets by J S Bach and his predecessors and successors in the post of Cantor at St Thomas's Church in Leipzig. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Symphony play pieces by Prokofiev and his Russian forefathers and contemporaries.
