Qualification for Brazil is now impossible for Scotland, but the hosts are in a strong position, behind group leaders Belgium on goal difference with a home tie to come in October.
Gordon Strachan has called up 4 uncapped players in Gordon Greer, Stuart Armstrong, Ryan Jack and Tony Watt, while Hibernian's on-form striker Leigh Griffiths is included for his first competitive fixture. Croatia and Scotland were in the same qualifying group for the 2002 World Cup with both fixtures ending in a draw. Alen Boksic and Kevin Gallacher scored in the 1-1 draw at tonight's venue, while the Hampden return ended goalless.
