Afternoon on 3 celebrates the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s orchestras and choirs with some of their highlight performances from 2013. Today features Sibelius from the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Philharmonic in Manchester, Ives from the Ulster Orchestra as part of their summer series of American music, and the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Scottish Symphony Orchestra in Perth playing a Mahler symphony and an overture by anniversary composer Benjamin Britten.
