Ukraine's president says his country is 'close to a point of no return - full-scale war', as the EU discusses more sanctions against Russia. Elsewhere Rona Fairhead, the former head of the Financial Times Group, is to be the new chairwoman of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Trust. Members of the troubled Co-operative Group have voted in favour of reforming how the business is run.
