Bob hosts a session from Nashville singer-songwriter Hunter Hayes ahead of the release of his first UK album.
Nashville superstar Hunter Hayes joins Bob in session.
Already a huge star in the US, Hunter Hayes releases his first UK album next week, and he joins Bob to talk about his career to date, and to play two songs from the album.
He's only 22, but already he's been nominated for 4 Grammys and was the youngest ever male artists to top the Billboard country charts.
He says of his music "My job is to find my sound based on the things that inspire me. It's not about intentionally having this or that or the other. My job is to find my own sound and bring my love for country music and country songwriting and storytelling and musically introduce it in a way that sounds like me.
"I just want people to know me. Having someone care about what you're saying is a groundbreaking feeling. That is a beautiful, life-changing experience every time. You don't get used to that."
And his live shows? Hunter says he wants to be a cross between Chris Martin of Coldplay, Michael Buble and Garth Brooks!
