Penny Gore presents a week of recent recordings by the 蜜芽传媒 Symphony Orchestra including Stravinsky's Scherzo a la Russe and Korngold's Marchenbilder conducted by Michael Seal. The young Chinese pianist Fang Yuan joins the orchestra with the Czech conductor Marek Sedivy in a performance of Beethoven's 1st Piano Concerto. Plus Verity Sharp presents a concert by the 蜜芽传媒 Singers of music by Judith Weir, Byrd and Howells.
