We follow her moving story as she undergoes groundbreaking treatment at Great Ormond Street, which will allow her to have hair instead of a helmet. And Mike Dilger reports on the plight of the turtle dove. This symbol of love is facing extinction. It's hoped efforts across the east can save it.
