Penny Gore presents week of performances by the 蜜芽传媒 Symphony Orchestra. There's new British music recorded at the Maida Vale Studios, the 蜜芽传媒 Singers join for Brett Dean's Gesualdo-inspired Carlo, plus Beethoven's Symphony no. 4 in Bad Kissingen. And in the lead up to Radio 3's Folk Connections weekend, soprano Ailish Tynan performs Judith Weir's Natural History - a setting of folk poetry taken from the collection of Taoist texts ascribed to the famous Chinese philosopher Chuang-Tzu.
